Tracking macros for an extended period of time has been such a game changer. Parties, outings, last-minute plan changes, whatever, are all so much easier to navigate now that I understand portioning and macro ratios of the foods available. Prior to the structure of daily tracking, weekly check-ins, etc. I felt kind of like someone just meandering around looking for a location instead of just using Googlemaps. I was in the car and driving with a purpose, but I didn't know how to get there or why I couldn't find the destination. 

I was confused by the results I was seeing and not understanding why I felt so plateaued. I wanted answers and guidance. I wanted results. I felt like I was working hard, so why was the reward so incredibly lame. Turns out, I was eating like a slob. More than what foods to eat and how much, I learned that results take a lot more time than I thought and that the internet is basically entirely made up of lies. The key to success isn't in supplements, it's in self-control and targeted nutritional goals. 

This experience was easy, positive, and transparent. Those are incredibly high praise words considering how most business is conducted from my experience. The process is easy to understand, you always keep things positive, and you're incredibly transparent about what's realistic and what's not. There is no "6 week abs" nonsense you see all over some influencers pages, and you make that very clear without being negative. This is a program for real people who have busy lives and are taking the steps for long-term health benefits. Don't get me wrong, with what I've learned I have plans to see abs someday, but you aren't selling snake oil and I appreciate that. 

I wish I had done a better job of creating a foundation of health when I was younger via a couple of health classes in college or something, but I feel like I've done my due diligence through this program as an adult so I can help my son build that foundation early. We've talked about it before, but people our age didn't grow up in an era where adults spent a lot of energy worrying about their health or fitness. It never even crossed my mind until my late-twenties. We simply cannot pass that same message onto our children. I refuse to let my son grow up neglecting his physical or mental health for any reason. I now feel motivated, stronger, healthier, and smarter. 

I can't recommend programs like yours enough. Not everyone needs the help, but I think the vast majority of people would thrive with the guidance and accountability your program offers.
